Legal or regulatory authorities, when required by law, licensing board request, or court order
Other parties only with your written authorization, or as otherwise permitted under HIPAA
Each of these service providers acts under contractual obligations (including, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement) to protect your information.
4. Telehealth and Client Portal
Telehealth sessions and secure messaging take place through our TherapyNotes client portal, which uses encryption and access controls designed to meet HIPAA security standards. Use of the portal is also subject to the portal provider's own privacy and security practices.
