  • CardPointe, our payment processor, for handling payment transactions

  • Legal or regulatory authorities, when required by law, licensing board request, or court order

  • Other parties only with your written authorization, or as otherwise permitted under HIPAA

Each of these service providers acts under contractual obligations (including, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement) to protect your information.

4. Telehealth and Client Portal

Telehealth sessions and secure messaging take place through our TherapyNotes client portal, which uses encryption and access controls designed to meet HIPAA security standards. Use of the portal is also subject to the portal provider's own privacy and security practices.

5. Cookies and Website Analytics

This Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to help the Site function properly and to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed and how long visitors stay. This may include our website platform's built-in analytics as well as third-party analytics tools.
